Perigon, Inc. built the Perigon app and GoPerigon.com as a free platform for consumers. This Service is provided by Perigon, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our Service. This policy also governs the use of Perigon business solutions, such as the Perigon API and our data licensing products. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Log Data

Data Deletion

You have the right to ask us to delete personal information about you whenever such data is no longer required for the purpose it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have a valid objection to us using your personal information, or our use of your personal information is contrary to law or our other legal obligations.

You may change any of your personal information or delete your account by opening the mobile app and navigating to the ‘Account’ section. Here you will find links to edit your information or delete your account. You may also request deletion of your personal information by sending your request via email to [email protected]. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request in a timely manner, but please note that we may be required to retain some information, or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements. When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but anonymized, non-identifiable data may still be used for reporting or for the purposes of tracking performance metrics.
